Full-time UX Manager

We have a new position for a UX Manager, a customer centric project manager, who will act as the voice of our users helping drive requirements and enhancing our online presence bringing to life how technology and innovation can improve the way we deliver to our global members community.

The UX manager will organize project kick-offs, daily stand-ups and evaluation meetings, set up clear and effective communication lines and use our project management toolkit (we have adopted Wrike). Most importantly, to be successful, the role will build strong and supportive relationships with our internal colleagues, key members of the Institution and external partners.

A proven track record with the following is required -
• Strong project management skills - Agile, SCRUM
• Extensive experience planning and delivering projects using human-centred design approaches
• Digital Delivery to high standards
• Digital Product Management
• Excellent Stakeholder Management
• Highly analytical and confident working with data
• Working within complex bureaucratic environments
• Customer facing projects
• Vision, enthusiasm, energy and integrity
