Full-time UX Manager

Ticketmaster International, a Live Nation Entertainment company, is currently seeking a skilled and energetic UX Manager – Resale to join the International Product Design team.

In close collaboration with your Product, Engineering and other designers, you will help us envision and deliver exciting, next generation product design and branding for enterprise-scale resale ticketing products that will reach fans and partners across EMEA.

Day to day, you will work across the business to align objectives and draw insights directly from our customers and clients to deliver beautiful and effective, industry-leading user experiences that will change how fans discover, list, and purchase secondary tickets for a wide range of live events.

Reporting into Sr. Director, UX, Design & Brand, you will take ownership of all Resale products from conceptual sketches all the way to pixel-perfect final deliverables and achieve overall design excellence. You will motivate and guide your team along the way to attain that design excellence and align their solutions to wider Ticketmaster as well as departmental strategies and goals.

You will be responsible for managing stakeholder expectations, aligning your team’s objectives to product roadmaps, and developing achievable schedules to ensure strategic goals and timelines are met.

You have a rich portfolio of innovative, user-friendly product design that people love. You have experience working on content-rich, high-traffic responsive sites, and/or mobile/tablet applications, as well as deep brand development experience. You also have advanced user research, art direction, team management and mentoring experience. You are able to draw out best design outputs from your team as well as develop them professionally.

You will need to be open to an almost start-up mentality (but with the resources and scale of a big company!). You will be expected to prioritize within a busy environment, while having the willingness to learn and adapt to how this complex company works. You will serve as an ambassador of UX helping the Senior Director establish and improve UX processes in an organization that had traditionally worked without UX support.
