Role Overview
As a UX/UI designer at Adstream you will be involved in helping drive the product development process, from researching and wireframing to visual design and prototyping. You’ll be a user-focused product thinker and you’ll be tasked with crafting meaningful design and interactions.

Craft clean, innovative interfaces that result in an improved user experience and productivity for our users.
Take a user first approach to design and bring ideas to life through rapid prototyping and smart visual design.
Conduct interviews, collaborate and get feedback from key Adstream user groups and external clients.
Contribute to evolving our design practice, processes and tools.
A strong portfolio showcasing your design thinking, featuring examples of outstanding design work.
Passion for creating design that is visually appealing while answering both user needs and business requirements.
Experience in collaborating with product owners, business analysts and engineers to guide the user experience.
Excellent communication skills - you should be able to clearly articulate your design decisions.
Ability to show product design experience with a wizardry of design and prototyping software such as Sketch, Adobe CC, Axure, Principle or similar.
Position Credentials
Fluent in English language both written and oral
Additional languages will be beneficial
Willingness to travel
May be required on occasion to work outside standard working hours
