Full-time Product Experience Manager

The Rational Group (the “Group”), a part of the Amaya Gaming Group, is a global leader in online gaming and operates the largest and most popular poker brands in the world, including PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker. This role is in the Group’s Isle of Man office, in the Marketing department.

Job Purpose

The Product Experience Manager for Full Tilt will be driving the product strategy for the Full Tilt brand in close cooperation with the Director of Full Tilt and the Director of Mobile Development. By leveraging and repackaging the group’s product offering across multiple verticals the ambition is to create a differentiated user experience allowing Full Tilt to be deployed tactically, driving incremental revenue for the group. This role will build and lead a small team that will provide our front end product development team with user insights, build requests and artwork that will lead to a world class user experience.

The successful candidate is a great team player able to engage others and collaborate closely across various functions and disciplines. Always data driven and always working with the best interest of our users front of mind.

Key Responsibilities

Design and author specs for the overall Full Tilt product offering, with a focus on creating an excellent user experience on mobile devices including innovative product features aimed at improving customer acquisition, retention, and LTV
Set measurable objectives, review results and optimize performance through rapid, data driven iteration
Analyse metrics and user feedback to derive insights on user trends and behaviour
Work with BI to leverage analytics and quantitative analysis to monitor game performance, tune mechanics, and identify new features to improve user conversion, retention, and LTV
Work with product owners internally to ensure new features and products are properly utilised across the Full Tilt brand
Work closely with BI, design, UI/UX, and art to ensure all feature specifications are clear and complete when delivered to development
Work closely with QA, and aid in UATing, to ensure a high quality product
Always on the look for new and better ways to do things, challenging the status quo
Become an expert on how to best surface various games by monitoring competitive trends and best practices, third parties tools/partnerships and internal business intelligence

Skills and Capabilities


3+ years product management experience in a mobile first environment
Deep understanding of casino as well as poker game systems, economies and mechanics
Ability to craft clear, concise feature requirements and specs
Proven ability to develop and understand product and brand strategy
Strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to position products in the market
Being able to translate a brand identity and positioning into tangible product experiences that leverage and reinforce the brand’s identity
Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Must have a passion for games!

The salary for this job is based on experience, so whilst we are not able to go into detail at this stage, we can say that we offer great salary packages and also like to throw in a discretionary annual performance bonus.
